Join our 21 Days of Healthy Habits During the Holidays Program and meet with Nicole for 3 online group sessions in which Nicole will unveil her best nutritional and eating advice for weight loss and improved digestion. She will teach and discuss the following topics:
-why healthy fats are so important
-how often to eat each day, when and why (yes, it makes a difference)
-foods to avoid and foods to enjoy (even during the holidays)
-exactly how and when you can get away with cheat foods
-which foods to avoid completely
-how alcohol may or may not be ruining your weight
Then we will also discuss and establish mindfulness and stress management tools to support you during this crazy time of year, targeting things like forgiveness and focus.
Starting Monday, November 27, 2017, we will meet 3 Monday nights in row at 7pm PST/9pm CST for one hour to discuss these topics. You also have unlimited email support and access to an exclusive facebook group just for participants. The program will include a basic eating plan for 3 weeks, support to prevent from sabotaging these efforts in-between holidays, and get a head start on your potential new year’s resolutions.

Weekly sessions will be done via Zoom meetings and will be recorded if you are not available to be on live. All facebook correspondence will be monitored regularly so we can have open discussions and support each other as we go. All handouts are yours to keep.
