My Own Journey Toward Becoming a Balanced Mom
I’ve dug deep and learned from my own struggles with weight loss, creating a career I love, money and stress management, relationship woes, and new mom overwhelm. I read, I researched, I meditated and manifested. I was always in search of something more. All this led to my certification as a fitness instructor and Holistic Health Counselor, with dual-degree in Psychology and Family & Child Studies. For the past several years, I have applied that experience to help moms and moms-to-be eliminate the overwhelm and lack of organization through specific holistic health programs and support group systems.
More than nutrition, I am all about helping you transition into motherhood and maintaining that as a mom. Sometimes it’s hard, and that’s why you need support.
